The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been in force since 25 May 2018. You are legally obliged to abide by this if you process data from European Union data subjects whom are citizens and/or residents. CPRM helps you implement the GDPR and (where necessary) adjust or improve current measures. We believe it is important that you also comply with the GDPR, and we believe that the GDPR must also have added value for your organization and should not affect your day-to-day activities, when possible. We work with the following step-by-step plan.
The implementation of this step-by-step plan is partly determined by the situation in your organization.
Project approach: behind the scenes
CPRM uses (if desired) a project-based approach for GDPR implementation processes. This has the advantage, among other things, that you have an overview in the form of a timeline (Gantt) of how the process is progressing and which tasks are still open. It makes the implementation process clearer for you so that you can stay in control. This method also, in combination with the software we use, can provide an overview of the required deployment of specific employees, so that you can make your employee(s) available ahead of time. And last but not least, it also gives you an overview of the hours worked by CPRM and those of your employees.
The image below shows how we work behind the scenes to make your implementation process as smooth and transparent as possible. The relevant software also offers management reports that you can receive periodically if you wish.
